Why Exercise is Important for Teens

It may seem difficult for today’s young adults to find the time to get adequate exercise. With all of the distractions we face in our daily lives, from schoolwork to social media, it is no wonder that many teens are not getting the exercise they need. There are a number of benefits to getting regular exercise, including but not limited to: an increase in energy levels, the maintenance of a healthy weight, and even boosting your mood!
